"In a world where good customer service is an endangered species, this place keeps it alive and thriving. From the initial phone call to the consultation, to that first greeting, to the actual care, this facility has done nothing but impress me with their warmth, genuine nature and professionalism. They really care. Customer service, customer service, customer service! From answering the phones (not in a hurry and not generically) to their playfulness with my cat and asking me what her nicknames are and why.. these people are the salt of the Earth. They take their time. They listen. They are sensitive to you and your pets needs. They genuinely engage. They are gentle, compassionate, and full of good ideas and feedback. I am so lucky to have found such a great place so close to home to care for my feline family member. They get it here. They just get it and they do it right. They are the health companions to our companions. I am grateful for them."
