"I've been taking my dog here for about a year after moving to the Wicker Park area. It's a 5 minute walk from my apartment which is why I originally chose it but it turned out to be the best vet I've been to in years. The office staff and vet techs are always so great. My dog, Hamburger, can be a bit unpredictable around new people and sometimes doesn't take kindly to strangers but she absolutely loves everyone here and has never had any issues. She warmed up to everyone so quickly! They are always so kind and welcoming to her and it just melts my heart how excited they are to see her every time The vet, Megan Moser, is incredible. She is always very attentive and listens to all of my concerns and takes time to explain the thoughts behind her recommendations.The staff is always quick to respond as well. I often will send a message in the evening and always have a response first thing in the morning. And they are usually able to get Hamburger in within a matter of days, if needed. They are also open to trying to solve problems without a visit if necessary, which I definitely appreciate. For non urgent issues, I have sent photos or explained what was going on and they'll give recommendations over email which is super helpful as my partner and I have busy schedules and it can be difficult to figure out scheduling sometimes.Overall, I've just always had a great experience with this office.
